We are a small business, all bisque found on this web site I pour and fire myself, and all finished ceramic items I hand paint myself.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, if in stock they will go right out, some take longer 2 to 4 weeks, we try to keep as much as we can in stock, for shipping time just send me an e-mail before buying, giving me the sku # of product can be found in the begining of the description and how many you want I will be able to tell you how long before I will ship, send me your shipping zip code and I can also tell you the shipping and handling cost.
As for my shipping calculator it works by weight and is accurate up to 4 pounds anything over 4 pounds will not be shipped your money will just be refunded,it will be best for you to email me your order so that I can send you an invoice with the correct shipping and handling charge.
